Brian E. Root, age 51, a resident of Manitowoc, entered eternal life on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at his residence.

Brian was born on October 10, 1961 in Manitowoc to Lyle Root and the late Emily Glisch Root. He attended school at Riverview School in Manitowoc.

Survivors include Brian’s brother: Warren Root, Manitowoc; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Hertha and Bob Marquardt, Alaska; Marla and Rick Meidl, Manitowoc; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Private graveside services for the family will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at Evergreen Cemetery. Officiating will be the Rev. Benjamin Schaefer.
